I plan to either revamp this site or create a new site for a class project. Either way I will have a section that will give links to new sites for you to view. You are more than welcome to keep checking it out.

Well, I got rid of the bookmark toolbar, found the blogroll I had lost, have figured out how to put the video on the page instead of the sidebar (although I still have to figure out more about that) and have remembered how to check my comments. I still need to figure out how to have the comments show up by themselves and how to work with the meta tag in my side bar that came with the theme. I want it up at the top and want to delete some of the options. Oh well, that day will come. I should be taking notes over everything I do as a reminder for later but I am too tired right now. Later!!!

I can see myself using these tools in a few different ways once I get good at it. Then it is just a matter of finding the time to make the sites work the way I want them to. I hope that I can get one or two ready for use for the next school year. Some of the things I want to try have already been mentioned such as an MLTI Teacher site and a practice site for math team but also I will play with trying to record myself teaching a topic to include in a math tutorial. I would like to be able to use the blogs, wikis, RSS feeds, video and audio podcasting, and video streaming either individually or in some kind of combination but that will only come with practice. I will need to check to see if I have access to all the peripherals that I might need.

I am trying hard to catch up and finally have been able to do a couple of things that make it easier to get around in here. I changed my presentation theme so that the site administrator link came up and managed to put the class blog roll on my site so I don’t have to keep going back to the main page. I have also added the class web site and I hope to get my RSS Feed working right next so I can add a piece that will tell me when there are new posts right on my page. I have also added extra pages for specific uses. The recent posts are my attempt to see if it worked.
Does anyone know if I can use the same blog for both teachers and students and be able to have different passwords for different pages? Or do I need different blogs in the first place?
Also, the rest of you don’t appear to have this bookmark thing in the way? What did I do wrong to make it show up and how can I get rid of it?

This blog will be used to communicate with teachers at Woodland Jr/Sr High School. There is a forum for teachers to share ideas and concerns as well as a page to deal with technology issues.
